I have a little company that employee four people in the office and about ten sales reps that work out in the field.  It is important that we backup the data on our computers regularly in case one them crashes.  I just can’t get my staff to remember to do this so started looking for a system that would do it for us and be secure.  After looking at the different options I ended up using a secure online backup service.  The files are backed up and stored on their secure servers in a remote location.  I am very happy with how easy and worry free this solution is.
