However, there is one area where its competition (AT&T, Sprint and T-Mobile) makes you regret being a Verizon Wireless customer, complaints.
If you have a problem with your device or service beyond the most basic questions, Verizon Wireless can be difficult to deal with. Lacking is a polite way to put it. Often times the Level 2 service is not what it should be. Of course, if you are problem free, which is also likely, Verizon Wireless can be a fantastic idea!
