Working Out Even More
January 29th, 2010 . by adminA friend of mine loves track and field, and he’s very good at it. His absolute favorite is the pole vault, but he also loves the long jump. He recently started to do a series of exercises to increase vertical jump. He goes through a series of exercises for this every day. He starts with a warm-up period, and when his muscles are ready he starts deep knee bends. He also will do another exercise where he will slowly stand on his toes. He uses weights with the exercises and is careful not to overdo it. He has dreams of going to the Olympics.
