Imitating Spanish Food Makes Easy

I have a gastronomical side. Meaning, I love exploring different cuisines and delicacies through eating out and cooking. Usually whenever I go out to a new restaurant, I always try to really taste the flavors of the food so I can replicate it at home. Out of all the cuisines I’ve tried, I must say that the Spanish gastronomy is my favorite. And to help me imitate traditional Spanish dishes such as Paella, Pescado Frito, Gazpacho, Patatas Bravas and Pulpo a la Gallega, I use traditional Spanish cookbooks and of course, free spanish to english translation program so I’ll know what I’m reading.
