The major focus of this particular program is to develop the large muscle groups such as the shoulders, chest, back and legs using multi-joint exercises. This means that instead of using leg curls or leg extensions to strengthen the lower body, you are supposed to use lunges, front squats, power squats as well as deadlifts to work on your back.
