A Good, Bad Credit Story!

I just went through the process of buying a house and I was reminded of that reality. But I am here to say that Phoenix mortgages are possible, even with a bad credit rating. I was able to find a company that would work with me. The gave me solid action steps to improve my chances of getting accepted. Some of the things they ask me to do took some extra work on my part, but they were worth it to be able to move into my new home!
