February 28th, 2010 . by adminComic book grading has become an important part of the comic industry. Many diehard collectors that have thousands of comic books that they have collected over decades of time are realizing large returns by having their books graded. Comic book grading is a process of authenticating in determining the condition of a certain comic book. After the comic has been graded is given a numeric grade which helps determine the condition the comic is currently in. The highest grade a comic book and received is a 10 which is considered a perfect score. It is very hard to obtain a 10 day to the fact that comic books are frail and easily damaged over time. This does not mean that if you receive a lower grade you will not get a strong return after his graded. Many lower great comic books sell for thousands of dollars due to their age and scarcity.
