On the advice of my cousin Stuart I joined the yoga/meditation center that he belongs to. I remember doing some yoga back in college; however that was 12 years before and I have since gained a lot of weight. I remember the very first day I started yoga again I perspired quite a bit. I was kind of the embarrassed and I didn’t want to return home without showering. Thankfully this yoga/meditation center has bathroom facilities completed with corner showers. What I really liked about the showers there are the nozzles. They seem to make the water penetrate into my muscles.
