New Alessi kettle for my kitchen

Some of them have still been in their warranty period butwhen I take them back the shop always says the failure has been causedby neglect and I have boiled it dry. But all this has now stoppedbecause I have found a brand called Alessi. Alessi have been makingelectric since the early 1980s and now manufacturer a kettle which hasa bird in the spout. Once the water starts to boil the bird sings soI know it is boiling and now I don’t have any problems forgetting toswitch it off.
