I know an elderly lady who lives on a fixed income, that I absolutely adore.  She has always been such a positive and upbeat person, and people in the community were always willing to help her out.  The thing she was needing help with lately was with her bathroom.  She needed repairs, but was unable to afford the cost.  The community came to her rescue once again, and went out and bought the supplies, including frosted glass shower doors.  The job took only a week, since several people were on hand to help out.  Once everything was finished, her new bathroom was absolutely beautiful.  The elderly lady was extremely thankful to the people that stepped up to help her out.
