Fixing up and Selling a Smaller Home
August 29th, 2010 . by adminI bought a cheap two bedroom home, and decided to put in a new Small Gas Furnace. The house was not very large as it was only one story, and was more the size of an apartment. I needed to put in a gas furnace as this would increase the value of the home when I was looking to resell it. In the end I was able to get a good price for this home. The changes I made were just what the buyer was looking for, so I was happy with my choices. Now I can look for another home to fix up.
