Guided Meditation Has Helped Me Quit Smoking
July 3rd, 2009 . by adminI used to be a three pack a day smoker! Now that I use guided meditation, though, I have been able to quit smoking and remain a nonsmoker for four years. Meditation is truly a way for me to sort of just keep it cool, remember why I quit, and maintain my composure in smoking situations. I no longer feel the need to smoke although I don’t chastise those who do. I am just at peace with myself without having to smoke for confidence or whatever other reason I used to smoke. Meditation truly helped me quit and for that I am really grateful!
