My husband recently celebrated in fifty birthday and he is very healthy for his age. He always tells me that he is going to live to a one hundred years old, and I believe he probably will. Sometimes I can not help but laugh at some of the things he does. He always tells me that you only have one body and it needs to be taken care of. The one part of his body he is adamant about taking care of is his colon. After reading a colon cleanser review, I realized how important it is to take care of your colon. Now this is one of the few things that I agree with him on.
