Karate Muscle Building

Mu daughter’s karate teacher is very strict about the kids training routine. They have to run a mile every day, practice their moves for an hour and follow a specific diet. He has this list of banned foods as well as a list of preferred foods. Many of these foods are muscle building protein foods. He says this will help to make them stronger and more competitive in tournaments. I have no problem with this as many of these foods I already feed my kids. We will try the others also if I can find them locally. I’m not going out of my way to get special food for any reason.
