Nike Free

February 24th, 2010 . by admin

The Nike Free running shoe from the Nike running shoe company is designed for natural, free running with the ability to produce ‘supernatural runners’. It is therefore designed more as a training tool to strengthen the foot rather than as an everyday running shoe. It incorporates a breathable mesh upper which has an overlay for optimum fit and comfort as well as ventilation to cool the feet while running. The forefoot also includes Nike’s Zoom-Air unit technology which installs the Nike Free with ultimate shock absorption and cushioning to slow down foot fatigue. It is a super flexible shoe for runners with normal to flat arches who are looking to strengthen their feet.

I’ve Found Better Ways

February 14th, 2010 . by admin

I haven’t always been really enthusiastic about being in a position of responsibility when it comes to properties. Being a landlord definitely can be hassle, but I have found ways to manage and make it much less troubles. I hire a property manager who takes care of maintenance, and also have good landlord property insurance that takes care of the liability factor. It’s something that you have to have anyways, so it makes sense to keep the coverage up to date and sufficient for whatever rental situation I happen to be in with any particular property. It’s not near the trouble as it used to be to own property.

Extreme Sports Activities

February 6th, 2010 . by admin

My husband is very athletic and there is nothing that he will not try.  He loves extreme sports and he is very active in snowboarding.  He recently went on a trip and was able to participate in some great snowboarding competitions.  He did very well and he was so excited that he finally purchased the DC Shoes that he has been looking for.  I am planning on going with him next time because I love to watch him compete.  He told me that he wants me to come with him and be his good luck charm.  He is such a sweetheart.

A Gift for Years

February 1st, 2010 . by admin

One of the gifts that you can invest in that keeps “giving” for many years is to purchase a 6 foot pool table.  Yes, there are larger sizes available but this size works the best for most people in terms of space and in relation to the current economy.  Additionally, the purchase of a table is akin to a gift that has much more longevity than other choices of presents.  As an avid pool player, I can vouch for the fact that this table is the size that works best for people in terms of space and budget considerations.  I know the table I purchased many years ago has provided me countless hours of pleasure.

Working Out Even More

A friend of mine loves track and field, and he’s very good at it. His absolute favorite is the pole vault, but he also loves the long jump. He recently started to do a series of exercises to increase vertical jump. He goes through a series of exercises for this every day. He starts with a warm-up period, and when his muscles are ready he starts deep knee bends. He also will do another exercise where he will slowly stand on his toes. He uses weights with the exercises and is careful not to overdo it. He has dreams of going to the Olympics.

My Colleague Found The sailing catamarans We Need

January 20th, 2010 . by admin

My colleague Brandy Kym has been the girl in charge of our twice yearly employee trips for a long time.  Usually the company springs for a whole long weekend at a nice resort two times a year, and they let us vote on the location.  This year the vote ended up in favor of a beach town about three hours away from where we all live, so we are thinking it will be lots of fun.  Brandy Kym just informed me that she has already found the sailing catamarans that some of our co-workers were asking about.  I think she is brilliant for having this done already.

Awesome Outdoor Family Fun

January 15th, 2010 . by admin

My parents raised my sister and I to love playing games together as a family. When I got married I was determined that my husband and I would do the same thing. So far we have been extremely successful in our efforts. This summer we bought Croquet and Viking Kubb, two awesome outdoor games. I think for the first three weeks we spent about 5 to 6 hours a day just playing them over and over. They are so addicting and loads of fun. Even our youngest loves to get in on the action. If you like strategy, tossing, aiming, and driving a ball, then you will love these Fun Outdoor Games.

Just Do It!

January 13th, 2010 . by admin

I have always been for being physically active, but my busy life makes it really hard to get into a gym on any sort of a schedule. I am also against paying for things that I’m not using. In the past, you couldn’t have drug me out of bed early enough to get a workout, but I’m starting to change my habits. I’m already getting up early for work, so I might as well use some of that time to learn to run and enjoy it. I don’t have a lot of weight to lose or anything like that, but I could definitely be more active.
