As the 2009 retail year comes to a close, car makers are rivaling one another to boost fourth quarter sales. GM, Ford and Chrysler, the big three auto makers, are competing fiercely for end of the year sales. All are promoting end of the year promotions to try to entice consumers into glancing at the new car inventories that are aging quickly.
