When the stores start to mark down the seasonal items that is my time to hit the sales.  It does not even have to be in a store.   Electronic outlets on the Internet do the same thing.  This week I found a treasure in Handbag Bargains.  There were far more there than I could ever use for myself.  So with bargains like that I started shopping for family and friends.   Everyone that had a birthday in the summer months has now been shopped for.  I know they will appreciate the handbags because they are something that I would appreciate if they got one for me.
