A construction planner job requires designing and constructing processes from project inception to post completion aftercare. Duties may include leading a team of planning professionals and working closely with the design section for schedule of designs/ drawings. A construction planner job may involve working on various construction projects, including retail, commercial, residential, schools, and hospitals. Duties may include developing and advising on feasibility of a project. The job may involve plan project management, the plan change application preparation, review, and hearing processes. A construction planner job requires minimum of a bachelor’s degree. A B.Sc/ M.Sc qualifications may also suffice. Experience in the field of construction planning and knowledge of the RMA is an advantage.
