The ratings are usually rated on a 5 stare scale. Here is a look at some of the best rated full size vehicles for 2010: 1) The Mazda6 was the only vehicle in that class to get a 5 star rating in all 5 categories. 2) The Chevy Malibu and the Toyota Camry both got 5 star ratings in every category except for a 4 star rating in the rollover category and 3) The Honda Accord got a 5 star rating in every category except for a 3 star rating for the rear side impact.
